Our Ethos
We will continue to develop bespoke employee workshop/training designed for professional practitioners, counsellors, psychotherapists, teachers and all others working in or with those experiencing mental health difficulties.

About Us
Paula Bailey @ The Workshop Hub
INTRODUCTION
Paula Bailey is a Consultant Systemic Family Psychotherapist of 13+ years practice of working with Children, Young People and adults
Paula has also been working in Higher Education for 21+ years,
Previously as the Programme Leader for Mental Health Nurse Education for 16 years and for the last 5yrs designing, delivering and Leading on an MSc Children and Young Peoples Mental Health programme.
Paula has provided training and education for, social workers, nurses, medical staff, health visitors, teachers, schools, counsellors and psychotherapists to name but a few.
Paula was also the Project Lead: Clinical Governance at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust for 5 years supporting the Nursing executive team. This role enabled the development of policies and strategies for the Trust alongside workforce training and development. Paula remains an NMC registered Mental Health Nurse and UKCP Direct member: Registered as a Systemic Family Psychotherapist

Our workshop training programs focus on practical and evidence-based approaches to address the diverse needs of individuals and communities, whilst also enhancing workforce skills and knowledge.
We are committed to fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and growth.
